Salamander
Fire Walking

A hasty entry.
Sat Dec 15 2001

A tedious day is finally drawing to an end. With luck, I'll be done work in an hour and a half or so. It's been a long day, filled with nothing that has made a difference in the world.

I completed what I anticipated to be a full day project before lunch. The rest of the day has been straightening up and organizing. Not that my office couldn't use it. I certainly wasn't in the mood, though.

Kitten from Hell unravelled the complete roll of toilet paper last night again, and then made off with about half of it. I didn't have time to hunt for it before I left for work this morning. I'm hoping that she dragged it under the spare bed or some other non-obvious place, so The Professor isn't tempted to filet her when he gets up.

I still have my halloween pumpkins ... the stupid things just won't die and I can't bear to throw them out if they're still good. If I have time tomorrow I'm going to buy them santa hats and get some white paint to give them beards. At this rate, I'm going to be buying red paint come February so I can paint little red hearts on them.

Too much to do, too little time to do it in. This time, next week, I'll be in California.

I know exactly what you mean about having too much to do and no time to do it. There's just not enough hours in the day.

I hope you have a nice trip to California.

My cat's at his little tricks, himself. My sister put our beanie baby ornaments on the bottom, so he loves to play with those...ugh. Cats. But, you gotta love them. :o)
