Barbie and Ken 'Split' After 43 Years

Must be a slow news day.

Though I do find this marginally more interesting than Jennifer Lopez and What's-His-Name and far more interesting than Janet Jackson's nipple.

    In Orange??? As in Orange county??? You will only be about 1 1/2 hour drive from me!!! Ok, so let me just say...be prepared for the MOST gorgeous weather. It is absolutely beautiful here this week and it's expected to last far into next week.

    I hope your flights go well! I'm terrified of flying, myself.

    "til you get the jealousy thing sorted" - this might not happen, I'm afraid, it's a big flaw in my character and I can't really just cut off of me. But not to worry, I do control what I say, I'm able to control myself because I KNOW my feelings are irrational (erm, then again, a LOT of feelings are) and exaggarated. So knowing that helps me a bit, although it doesn't stop the feelings coming to me.

    Socialist's Aunt sounds like my mother, who is very competitive and easily put out.

    Have a safe trip, and as pleasant a time as possible, under the circumstances. By all means, enjoy the weather, and just take the Colonel to Orange with you. Regarding the questions, don't worry, if you do half as well for the remaining questions and you did with mine, you'll be doing just fine.

    Poor Barbie and Ken. This opens up a lot of possibilities for Matel though. Think about it, now they will need either couples counselling or individual therapy which will introduce "Dr. Stein, Plastic Shrink"........Also, they will need a plastic pharmacist to dispense Prozac and Valium to the distraught duo.....
