My friend Kelly was evicted from Garden Court and left on Monday to live elsewhere. Apparently she did not pay her rent for a while and it was a $2100 loss, but my friend Marie H said she turned in Kelly’s check to the office‘s box inside the front door. I believe Marie put Kelly’s rent in the box. Also, Jackie and I think that she went on a cruise earlier this year and the money went for that instead of her paying for the rent, but Marie said she always took Kelly’s and Jan’s rent to the box, and if Kelly DID pay her rent, Cara toik the check. The hardest part is something DID happen and Kelly’s 31 years of living at Garden Court has ended. She is now gone on a new adventure in her life.
