I went to my counseling appointment at 2 pm and after my appointment, while waiting for my ride, I had fallen outside the bank because my walker had rolled away a couple of feet!  I am glad to be home.  As soon as I had fallen, gotten help to get myself back up, I had called MM and IDS.  MM has made an appointment for March 19^th just in case I need to go in later but she told me that I can cancel before Wednesday if all seems to be fine by then due to the fact that I could not get in within twenty-four hours after my fall.   I do not have any broken bones but I know I will have a bruise on my left elbow tomorrow.
