When it comes to certain neighbors one of them, we know so well is SR. I will not say her name. She used to live at Burbank Plaza years ago and has lived here at Garden Court for years now — not as many as me — 4 years now — 10 years for SR. Today, something happened that I saw with my own eyes and heard with my own ears for sure was proof enough that she cannot, SR, is two-faced.  She apologized to Jackie about her behavior the other day, and in the same breath, she told Jackie to mind her own business around here. If she sees or hears something not right, it is her right to do what is right to remedy the situation to make it right. She has to report any abuse to the right authorities. What right did SR have for being rude? In my way of thinking, she did not have the right to be apologetic and rude in the same breath, sr got all pissed off the other day because Jackie: who SR knows she does not live in the building, had gotten a card for tenants to sign for an ex-wife who lost her ex-husband to death the day before. He ended up passing away the day before. He ended up being homeless because management evicted him for smoking in his apartment. Also, he had just got out of the hospital and needed to be on oxygen, but because he was homeless, he, Jeff was found dead nearby Mercy Mall, and the next day, the friend who was also homeless was found dead in the same area. SR told Jackie that she knew that Jeff had died the night of the day he was found dead by his homeless friend who died the following day. If an autopsy is going to be made of Jeff’s death, no one is going to know of anything until an autopsy for a while if he had drugs in his system when he died. We may never know to be very honest with you because we are not relatives, Jackie may find out because she knows people. So this is the latest story of Garden Court at this time I can tell you I witnessed through visual observing my surroundings around me.
