My plans for today is to go grocery shopping, have my shower at 1230 pm, and then take it easy for the rest of the day.  I have to admit that I have not been to Weight Watchers in a while but I will soon return in September when the weather is not so hot, humid, and yucky.  Heat and I do not mix well.  Anyway, I am hoping, if LB calls me back, that we can go shopping sooner than 1015 am.  It is going to be a little warmer, hotter, this week for the August 2013 and I want to be indoors when the weather is going to be like it is right now.  So here I am, before I start my day out, taking time to write a quick entry.
