I did not have a whole lot of time to do much of anything between shower and afternoon appointment today. I had an appointment at 9 am here - meeting with my caseworker at 9 am to 11 am that was an annual meeting ... a counseling appointment at 2 pm with SW - my 2nd appointment with a new counselor - new to me but she has been working as a counselor for several years. She also had a nursing degree - cool! After my appointment, sitting still was fairly difficult today. I am still recovering from my major panic attack that happened on Saturday so I am a little shaky yet. Doing my best at taking care of myself during this time of recovery. Not easy whatsoever, either. Anyway, I ha a fairly busy day all day long and it is very nice to be alone now.

2nd Tuesday of the Month Fire Drill

I almost forgot again myself... When the fire alarm test went off, I then told my company that we were having a fire drill at 10 am this morning an it was now 10 am so we all left my apartment and complied to the fire drill by going outside, Other tenants were about to stay inside in the lobby again!!! What is wrong with these people - sick in the head as usual??

We had a fire drill this morning while during my meeting - everyone went outside from my apartment except for Bing Crosby. Again there were very few people who complied to the fire drill - did not make me very happy - so if we were having a real fire those people would have burned to death in the fire. Honestly, some of the people in this building are downright strange. I will not feel sorry for them for burning in the fire or the families who have lost their loved ones in the fire. I will pray for them, though. I have to take care of myself now more than ever before. Recovering from the panic attack I had over the weekend was very nerving.
