My phone replacement came this morning after 1030 AM some time.  Please forgive me but I did forget the exact time.  I have the phone now.  I got a replacement alright, lol.  Just the phone without a battery, SIM card, and charger.  Just exactly what I ordered - a replacement phone.  I am not upset or anything.  Put my SIM card in, the new battery I received by Fed Ex yesterday, turned the phone on, plugged it in to charge it.  It works!  I am glad about that.  Now I have to send the old one back.  Thank goodness for my phone still being under warranty still.  That is a plus.
