As far as I am concerned, I think this place isn’t a great place to live anymore. After hearing about the fact this building has a problem with bedbugs and fleas, I have been itchy spots that are itchy all over my body this afternoon and evening. THANKS, Jackie! Ugh!!, but I will be fine. I am glad I am getting a break from you for five days starting tomorrow (Thursday)! Yay! I need a break from you and you need a break from me! Woohoo!

Bedbugs?!

Ever since I have moved in, luckily not me, I have heard of tenants having issues with bed bugs or fleas! What the heck!, can’t the business that owns the building have regular bed bug checks with companies who have the proper way to know an apartment has bedbugs so the apartment can be properly treated to eliminate the problem of the bedbugs? When I lived at Burbank Plaza, there were bedbug checks every time there was an outbreak of them in the building, but management and Property management do NOTHING here about the bed bugs. We, as the tenants, have to bag everything and wash clothing at a laundromat instead of at the building’s little laundromat. My caregiver Debbie H takes my laundry to her hOuse to do two to three loads every week. I will never have my laundry done downstairs anymore while living here at Garden Court. Why is this place having issues with bedbugs? Well, the riffraff that is brought in here is the majority of the problem of such, and tenants are NOT careful about bringing or taking stuff in and out of the building anymore. Even management allows ANYONE with a low income to live here WITHOUT having any background checks now! No wonder my 81 year old mother and caregiver Jackie want me out of here. This place isn’t home anymore! Geez! What the hell?!, I’m moving as soon as I can! I have NEVER had any problems with bed bugs ever in my life. Thank goodness!! Yeah!!!

Fleas

I, too, have two kitties. Magic - 5 and Millie - 2. I worry about fleas for both of them, but am grateful I don’t have that problem with them. I neVer had any flea issues with my first two cats Emilee or Bing, either, to be very honest with YOU and myself, ok? I have been fortunate as far as bedbugs, too! Whew!!! Anyway, we are knocking on wood and thanking and praising God the Almighty for keeping us safe from bedbugs and fleas at the same time, but WHRNMY NAMR finally comes up, I am MOVING OUT OF HERE WITH MY FUR BABIES TO HAVE A NEW LEASE ON LIFE ELSEWHERE. Whew! Thank you, Jesus, my Savior and Lord. Amen! 🙏

The lobby and community Room is Off limits For Now!

Well, since the notice of the bedbugs and fleas were mentioned this week. Probably since yesterday because I noticed no one was downstairs when we left for dialysis treatment meeting. It made sense when Jackie said there is no visiting downstairs for a while AGAIN. The lobby and community room is closed until further notice!

I will wait to move out for now, but ONCE my name pops up elsewhere I put in an application, I am OUT OF HERE!
