After not seeing Dr. A for a couple of weeks, I was able to see him during dialysis.   We talked briefly and off he went to work at Mercy West and the hospital.  I didn’t get to my concern of low blood pressure.  I guess that will have to wait until the next check in (next week).  My BP is running lower than 100/60 at 96/48, 88/41, and I am not having symptoms of low and high blood pressure, so I am indeed concerned.
