Today and Yet Not Over ...

Today has been a fairly a good day and now I am waiting for an hour to come and pass because today we are having a tenant meeting here at TM at 6 p.m.. Already today have gone to my counseling appointment at Genesis Counseling Center downtown of Janesville. The appointment went very well with my counselor. For the past two appointments I have writing what is wanted and needed to talk about and Pam and I have gotten down those items in more detail the past two appointments. I feel left my appointment with a good feeling and not a feeling of anger or dread. My counselor Pam has been so good to me since I began going to her a year ago when I returned back to be her client ...

Will be back after the tenant meeting.

    I pray for you to have strength and courage to sit through the meeting calmly. It is very intimidating when you have a bunch of old people making false accusations. Stand steadfast in the truth, people will see you living your life in the truth. I know it's hard.
    One example is that an old man living a couple of doors down from me was complaining about our children playing on the path and riding their bikes on the road. Thankfully the body corporate rules said that he was speeding excessively, and he HAS to slow down now. We are always outside supervising our children and they know to watch out for cars and to move out of the way. We live in a cul de sac so it is the safest place for them. Also, this community has a mix of old and young people, so this crotchety old man has to live with the fact there are young families living here. If he wants 'no children', he can quite easily move to a retirement village where there will be NO children at all - and no young adults for him to complain about! :)
