Good afternoon.  I have already done some reading, watching TV, and now I am doing some journaling before my personal cares.  I am going to take my late afternoon to relax and get some writing, reading, and personal things done. With personal cares done, I now can concentrate on other things before 5 PM where I am going to take time for myself.  It has been a very good day so far.  It’s hot out, the windows are closed and the air conditioner is on right now.  All is good. With my personal care worker leaving soon, I am listening to Christian music on Pandora right now to help relax me a bit, and to praise God this afternoon through song.  I do not sing well but will sing when no one is around or visiting.
