I did not get dialyzed today.  I got there, and Ton (male tech) was trying to get the blood to come from the arterial/red side of the catheter, and nothing would come.  The Cathflo that was inside it was still in it, creating a problem.  Dr. A was there and made arrangements with IR at the hospital to exchange the catheter, so I came home by 11 AM and made arrangements to be at the outpatient surgery and IR in the morning with a ride lined up from my BCFF (Best Christian Friend Forever) JM when she got off work at 2 or 3 PM.  The next time I will get dialyzed is Thursday.  I do not like spending my afternoons on non-dialysis days at the doctor's office or the dialysis clinic. I will only sit at the dialysis clinic when I have a necessary appointment that takes an all-day affair out of town, and I can get in later or the next day.  I like my sitting time on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, even though it cuts into my church day/hours on Saturday mornings.  I have a routine I like to keep going.  Change, and I have issues from time to time.  We will see how tomorrow goes with my procedure.
