My First Day of March Thoughts

Today has been one of those days. I have had personal cares and then some SHC (Supportive Home Care) time with DKF this morning. By 10 AM I felt kind of bored. That is what I said anyway, but learned that I had crashed (fallen asleep) between 4 PM – 5:30 PM while watching Dr. Phil. I wonder if I have been so stressed out lately. That is a big possibility. I am beginning to wonder.
