I have had my shower.  Before my shower gal came at 3 pm, my neighbor and friend above me came down for a short visit.  We chatted for a few minutes until she dozed off.  I am playing catch up with Farm Town on Facebook.  I have also been playing Words With Friends.  My shower gal will be leaving at 415 pm and then I will have the house to myself for a while.  I have a feeling that my friend will be down again for a visit later.  I am hoping to have the rest of the day to myself and get some decent sleep.  It feels I slept only a little bit the past couple of nights.  I have been super duper busy dog sitting and visiting with friends here at my place that my world has been in a topsy turvy state.  No wonder that I am an emotional mess this summer. I even vowed that I would get back to eating right again after visiting my doctor's office the other day - Monday!   I am back, close to 240 lbs again!  AAARRRGGG! More later...
