I have an appointment this afternoon in Madison with Dr. C regarding my parathyroid surgery last Monday, April 14th. I am doing okay at this point. I am somewhat nervous and excited at the same time. Does that make any sense? With me, yes, and I am used to it. Life without some humor in a day is absolutely not right in my book.
It actually does not feel like April 22 today. A week and a day has gone by since my surgery and it feels different for some reason and i can not really pinpoint my reasoning behind it.
