My emotional day happened because of the fact I have my menses that started Friday afternoon.  I cried for a while this morning.  I wrote a post on Facebook about having more than one emotion right now but i will get through it.  I had some likes and my mom liked the post among other friends and "family".  I had texted my mom that I got my menses on Friday and her response was "ah ha" in reference to why my day was emotional today.  I made sense of what my mother was saying immediately but I had to double check when I talked to her later this afternoon.
