Bedtime has come and I have an appointment in the morning. I feel I had a fair day today --- getting fresh air and a little exercise this afternoon at the cookout for the IDS clients and workers. I am tired and have to have the rest needed to do well in class. Have called my doctor this afternoon to get the flu shot once the shots come in --- number 20 I found out I am ... was thinking that I was on a long waiting list but I guess not... whew!!!
