Quiet?

JS, JR, and I are at the library today and I have been noticing that the people at the computers could be clueless to the library being quiet or needing to be quiet. JS and I both experienced two men at the computers a few minutes ago not talking in whispers but talking loud enough that it practically drove us both crazy for some reason. Aren't libraries a place where quietness is recommended? Apparently not anymore...as people do talk loudly enough sometimes. Even someone's radio is loud enough (headphones) that I can hear the loud, degrading musici from across the room! Don't people have respect anymore? I can definitely say no to that one, that's for sure...and those people who do respect other people are not that easy to find anymore and when we do find them, it is a big treat!
