It has been a quiet day so far. I am not going to write a lot at this time. I am doing fine. I have been reading and watching Spectrum TV most of the day since 12:30 PM. After Dr. Phil at 4 PM to 5 PM, I am turning TV off for the rest of the day and get some journaling done.
