If someone doesn’t mind her own business and not stay away from my caregiver Jackie, that someone will be one sorry woman. I have a neighbor who has 48 hours to vacate because apparently hasn’t paid her rent that equals to $2100 and she threw away the receipts to prove she had paid her rent up to thus point in time. I think the truth is what it is this, the tenant did pay her rent but someone has taken the checks. Also, another tenant has caused so much trouble that she got a lawyer to get her to stay here and she doesn’t have to leave. This tenant gets into other tenant business and talks about other tenants. She is hardly ever sober these days anymore. She is always drunk and causing trouble.
The tenant who has 48 hours to vacate because she lost her proof she paid rent is a friend of mine who has her issues and problems and I don’t know the truth.
