Today, after my shower, I have an hour before I go to the hospital to get labs drawn for my kidney counts and have an urine sample done to see what protein is in my urine.  It was elevated a little last month so my coordinator in Madison at UW-Madison has requested a  test check something important.  I really enjoy doing what is best for my health but I wish not when it is not necessary.

Other than that, I have no major plans today and tomorrow after my shower,
