I do admit that I see a psychiatrist... I went to see my doctor and told him what has been going on here the past three days and previous weeks with the neighbor across the hall. I could not believe at how much information I had given in a fifteen minute conversation/meeting with the doctor! I am not ashamed at all, believe me. I can not hold it in anymore...that would eat me alive otherwise. I have not slept in three days all that great and I did tell my doctor that I did not feel like coming at the 1:30 p.m. appointment but did because no appointment was available before hand due to the fact I was tired and wanted to take a nap. Anyway, after the appointment was over, I had switched my Celexa meds to Lexapro. He gave me two weeks worth of samples so I didn't rush to the drugstore to get my medication filed for the first time for the new medication. I was so glad that I had gotten a lot of things off my mind and out in the open. I never felt so good, but there is more yet to come now before signing off for the night of December 8, 2004
