Today is the day I turn 48 years old. Just like July 1 and yesterday, I am dealing with mixed emotions. I am between wanting and not wanting to celebrate my day. Who to celebrate it with, as far as another person is concerned. I know there will be a light in the tunnel, so I am continuing to walk forward to find that light. I have seen many days of darkness before and have learned to go forward despite the emotions I deal with. That comes with the territory with depression, anxiety, and panic disorders.
AR was here yesterday for an hour because DKF was with her husband after his heart surgery. AR will be here today while DKF returns to work tomorrow.
