As it turns out, now at 10:30 AM, I did not go to the grocery store with DB this morning.  She just left to go and come back to laundry and cleaning.  I have looked at my finances this morning, paid a co-pay for a doctor visit, paid Mr. Pickles for small jar of watermelon pickles, and made sure I had enough money for two more bills/investments for the rest of the month.  I have gone into the red a couple of times in 2017 and once so far in 2018.  I am hoping to do better than I have done in the past with my finances from this day forward.  I know I am not the only one who has been in the red with a checking account.
