I got my new cell phone Today via Fed Ex an it is the same phone brand I got last week for 1 cent - getting new one - $99 value was only $50 brand new. AT&T gave me a discount on the phone and when I called the company last night to check on something, the gal I spoke to took off the $18 upgrade fee as a compensation to the fact that I did not have a good phone but a defective phone for 1 cent and they sent me a new phone at half cost. I have learned that getting a refurbished phone is not always the greatest to get - cost included or not...
