Ever since Thursday, October 28, 2010, I have been retiring to bed by 8 p.m. each night. There was one night, this Thursday, November 4th, I had a rough time getting to sleep past 12 midnight and ended up taking a short nap before getting up to get ready for my shower. The reason why I have had trouble getting to sleep last night was because I had company over from 1:30 p.m. - 8 p.m., and drank two Pepsi colas, lol, and oops. Anyway, despite my lack of sleep last night, I am going to make the most of it.
