It is few minutes past 10 PM tonight, and I am still up. I feel wide awake, but the aches in my arms are driving me crazy. I believe that I overworked my muscles on Tuesday, but the aching feeling has subsided some since yesterday.  Yesterday’s ache was worse because it was also in my legs.  I will be okay, though. I did make 1,142 steps today, and I had treatment today. That went well, and I will have an update this weekend. I am watching and listening to Murdoch Mysteries since DKF left this evening between 8:30/9:00 PM. I believe I have a lot on my mind right now, and that is why I am wide awake right now. Thank goodness for tomorrow being Friday. I cannot be quiet about it now.
