For a Sunday -- not going to church today -- was one of those days I did not go because of joint pain and contractures yesterday. I am having some troubles today but less from yesterday thankfully. I am not myself physically or emotionally but doing my very best today --- this evening. I am going to be okay, though and that is a big promise I am willing to keep and not break. Anyway, today, due to the joint pain and contractures yesterday, I have decided to give myself a day of rest and relaxation. It was worth the day. I did not sleep in or anything and I am up kind of late tonight.
