I have a lot on my mind right now but first and foremost is the idea that I am celebrating 30 years with my mother in regard to the kidney she donated to me on March 12, 1988.  Even though it has a kidney disease called Glomerulonephritis which was diagnosed in March 2016, I still have a decent kidney function that does not require dialysis at this time, I do feel pretty good and comfortable with how things are going at this time.  It beats how scared I was at age 17 when I had found out how sick I really was.  I have a great reason to celebrate today and I have done just that all day long.  This has been a great day all day long as well, too.
