Wednesday marks the 20th year of my kidney transplant and I am excited because another year has come and gone and I have my kidney ny mother donated on March 12, 1988. I do have to admit that I cannot believe that I have gotten this far with my transplanted kidney remembering at my last Dr appointment a transplanted kidney recipient has had her kidney transplant for 30 years now. Awesome!
