This very day is one day I look forward to every week. Some people may not understand my feelings about Saturdays. Since October 1999 I have been a Seventh-day Adventists. To understand about what Adventists believe, I am willing to share a website about what we believe. Now, my beliefs and going to church Saturday mornings instead of Sunday should not bother you, but I know that it does bother some people. I have come across many people who say I am in a cult, but I am not involved in a cult at all. I have to admit that I find it difficult when people who are not Seventh-day Adventists to talk about what it is wrong and right about going to church Saturday versus Sunday, and visa versa. I do not care if you are a Jehovah’s Witness, Mormon, Baptist, Lutheran, Catholic, Methodist, et cetera, I will not say you are going to church on the wrong day because I go to church on Sundays once in a while. It depends on your heart and your agnostics along the way while I walk in my faith and love for God.
Here is a site I want to share to explain about Seventh-day Adventism – that this is what I believe and understand: https://www.christianity.com/church/denominations/10-things-everyone-should-know-about-seventh-day-adventists-and-their-beliefs.html and the 28 Fundamental beliefs: https://szu.adventist.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/28_Beliefs.pdf ...
Please understand that I am not here to cram my beliefs and denomination down anyone’s throat here. I am here to spread the Word of God when I can with what I have learned. My life as a Christian is not always an easy road and I take what I have from day to day when/if I wake up the next day. I allow God to direct me to where I need to go and how I can do it. Going out of my comfort zone is not easy for me, either, but I do my best at going out of my comfort zone with gusto and what power I have. I find it not easy to be me in certain areas of my life, but here I am – doing what I enjoy doing every day of the week when I have the time to write in my diary.
I went to church this morning and came home after potluck when my friend and member of the church I attend JM left, I decided to take advantage of my day/afternoon and evening at home without anyone here to help me with personal and supportive home care(s). It was a wonderful day despite the chilly, rainy and wet sort of day.
