Running to the clinic to get my blood work/labs drawn for monthly kidney transplant
To enjoy the lovely weather since rain is in the forecast Saturday and Sunday, and possibly Monday and Tuesday as well. Bring on the rain ... I guess, lol
Unplanned...
I did not plan to have anxiety for the past several days ... more or less since, I believe anyway, began Wednesday ... from watching horror flicks such as Friday, the 13th movies - Jason Voorhies ... oops! Anyway, because my anxiety was a little up and so wasn't my blood pressure until today after 2 p.m.!
A Quickie
I GET SO FRUSTRATED AT TIMES AND BRING ON ANXIETY ATTACKS MYSELF AT TIMES AND I DO BLAME MYSELF AND I SHOULD BE 'SHOT'! I AM SO MAD AT MYSELF FOR LETTING ANXIETY GET TO ME AND BEAT THE LIFE OUT OF ME - SCARING ME FURTHER INTO THINKING I AM LOSING MY KIDNEY AND MAKING ME FEEL LIKE CRAP EMOTIONALLY!
I do admit one thing ...
I am NOT perfect in any way and I do have my anxiety and depression demons to contend with every day.
