I have lived here for four years now. For the first two years I was very happy to be here and found Garden Court home. It is a rarity I have been unhappy the past two years of living here that I have decided to put in an application elsewhere in Janesville, Wisconsin to get out of here. I have dealt with some health issues in the past two years that have changed my mind of this place. I have also seen and heard stories of Garden Court that have made my home feel like not a home when in the first two years of living here has been wonderful. I did my best at not being swayed about how badly this place was be run by management. Trying to get something fixed or looked at is not easy here! My AC has not been working properly for a while and management/maintenance say my AC is fine. Lying asses they are! The property management sucks here and they know it. I have a case being looked at right now with a company called Legal Action that will sees this management is fishy and have been in trouble for a very long time. Hmm? I wonder how long it is going to take for me to get out of here now? I have to wait and see. I cannot wait too much longer. I have seen and heard enough. More later…
