CSE and I communicated only for a short time on the phone.  She could not give me a time when she could be here to be online for awhile like she was from Wednesday to this morning.  I was not going to put up with this waiting for CSE game so I told her let's wait and see what tomorrow brings for both of us.  She had already made plans to help another neighbor with some chores.  I have a feeling that this neighbor and CSE are tight and best friends and that is fine but I believe one day that will change.  After yesterday, my trust with CSE has fallen and I am somewhat embarrassed that my best friend and neighbor who lives above me, BS had to see what I go through with CSE a lot, and then again I can go to  BS about everything.
