I will be seeing a specialist regarding my CPAP machine and getting a mask that fits better than the one I have now.  I promised the “doctor” yesterday and myself that I would begin using the CPAP machine again even though at first I did not want to use it anymore or bother with it.  The “doctor” who is really a NP (nurse practitioner) DID convince me that it is safer to use the machine because I do have sleep apnea and sleep apnea can make the heart work harder and that can lead to a heart attack or stroke.  I do not want to have a heart attack like my dad did last year or have a stroke.  I already have cerebral palsy and my muscles are already problematic on the right side from CP and having a stroke does not please me one bit.  So, outside my appointment yesterday,
