Today has been a very relaxing day for me.  In fact, I took a short nap and feel refreshed for a while.  I have more energy than I have done so in the past and I noticed it yesterday while grocery shopping at Woodman’s grocery store.  I have been going to Woodman’s for a long time now and I have always called it my marathon store because by the time I am done shopping I feel I have walked a marathon from one end of the store to the other and back to the other end where the vehicle is parked every week.
