I do have to admit that my world is a little busy right now and I can not really see what really is in front of me at the moment but no anxiety and panic is involved.  I had a meeting with MM, TG, JP, and myself right after my 9 am shower with RK's help and I do have to admit that it really seemed a long meeting but it did get started and over with.  Now I have the rest of the day to myself and I probably will be seeing CSE later yet.  I have been inviting her down so she can use the internet here on her laptop.  Why not allow her to what she pays for the month and even a little more.  She helps out around here often - almost daily. Tomorrow I have an appointment with HL, my medical prescriber of my anxiety medications. I am doing great!
