Today dialysis had a rough start at the beginning, but I was able to get through treatment.  I was also sitting in a different chair.  I was in chair five this morning.  JA, the tenant, asked why I was not in my regular chair, and the tech told her, and I found that was not JA's business.  I believe there is a fine line being crossed here, but I am not sure.  I will be speaking to J, the right person that can tell me what is right and not proper.  I do not want the techs and patients in trouble because of the HIPAA laws of business.  I am not comfortable with people having bits and snippets of my life in their hands and sharing it with others.  I am a private person.  Thursday is the day I am going to make my move and ask questions about privacy measures.  I need to do what is right.  I don't want the nurses, techs, and patients getting in trouble.
