Kitty Update
I will never forget the day I became an adopted mom to my little boy Magic Salem Victor Kitty in 2020, AND I WONT FORGET THE DAY, A MONTH AGO I BECAME A MOM TO ANOTHER KITTY, a girl named Millie Rose Blossom. It was a surprise to me at first when Jackie and Debbie came home with her on December 9, 2023! What a Christmas present to myself as I paid for her adoption and chip. What a cat she is at 6 months of age now.
Millie Rose Blossom and I have meals together every morning and once in a while evenings. Yes, she eats with me, and she loves food. Don’t worry because I know what is toxic to dogs and cats. I am experienced with two cats before Magic Salem Victor. He got into raisins at 5 months and spent the night at the animal hospital in 2020. He’s my baby boy and always will be. It gets quiet with those two all the time, but I don’t worry as Millie can defend herself from Magic’s strong hold at times when he is rough with her. I just wish they would not use my living room and bedroom furniture as their jungle gym, please? Thank you so much!! LOL, but I love them both equally. I just have one cat who loves people food, and I don’t mind sharing my meals with Millie. She lived on the city streets before coming here from the animal shelter in the city. The shelter made a big mistake when they deemed her a feral cat and clipped her ear and were going to put her back on the streets and people would know she is wild and feral. She is just shy and skittish. Now that she has a home with me, she won’t let you catch her or pet her at times. She has a house of rooms to explore and play in. Smart girl with britches of lots of toys, and a big brother Magic who loves her more each day. She’s my baby girl now!
Winter Snow
Welcome to winter in Wisconsin, people! We have our first snowstorm today. Caregivers came and went today. Tomorrow they will return and get me ready for dialysis for 2 hours and 45 minutes, and I will be gone for 4 hours because I have to wait for my ride for about a half hour then it takes about another 15 to 20 minutes to get back to where my ride waits for me to take me back home.
