In Wisconsin we are dealing with our first winter snowstorm on this day! My caregivers came and went so fast that I have the rest of the afternoon and evening to myself since 1 PM. Both, Debbie and Jackie have been here and gone already so they are safe in their homes as well as me. Spectrum internet has warned all members that if there is internet outages, it’s due to the bad weather and they will be out in the neighborhood as soon as possible to fix any outages, and now closer to evening hours, the internet has been up and running.
Last week I have called Spectrum and stopped watching their app service on my Roku system as I now watch Roku Live Television. Now, having an Insignia Amazon Fire TV in my bedroom, I won’t miss my favorite movie or tv program because of the free apps out there for me to watch great and good shows. My parents in Milwaukee, Wisconsin do not have cable tv anymore, either. My phone bill is $30 to $60 a month, my internet costs only $25 now. My bills are not too high. Electric is $76 or a couple of dollars more. I don’t like paying bills, but that’s a part of being a grown woman in this day and age. I’m 53 years old here and in 2024 I will be 54 in July on the 3rd. I’m an adult with kid tendencies at times with my little girl voice still very active in me. Getting rid of cable tv was one of the best things I’ve done in my lifetime.
My Way
When it comes to my way of talking, sometimes I get off track in my thoughts and I get back on track again. Please forgive me. Thank you for understanding. I appreciate it very much so—in honest wonder at all times in my book of life. Amen to that!
