My day today began at 7 am. I wanted to get up and not get up at the same time this morning but I have my appointment with Dr. H this morning at 830 am and my ride is picking me at 8 am or so. Getting up at 7 am this morning was necessary so I would not rush myself getting dressed and ready for my day. Yes, I am used to getting up around 7 am - 830 am every morning lately, but the past few days of having lack of sleep has delayed my ability to get feel awake at 7 am. I am looking forward to seeing Dr. H this morning.
