My appointment was at 2:20 PM and I was only there for at least an hour.  I was so happy to be home by 4:30 PM instead at 5 PM.  It would have been a long day for me then.  I was expecting to be gone until 4:20 PM, but it turned out that I was able to get home at the time I did.
