Today was one heck of a day for me. Slept until 1 p.m. or so today ... oh my goodness! It was awful but I believe I needed my sleep. for one. Secondly, I believe that my medication called Baclofen was pulling its weight on me and caused me to feel real dopey and out of it for most of the day. I did have company over today for a while and had a WONDERFUL visit with my friends. I believe also that I am beginning to understand the homework assignments that we are to do for the week in school/class for week one. Honestly, I feel that I am still dealing with some lasting affects of depression from the month that I have been dealing with anxiety and depression, and other personal issues. I know I will be okay. I know I will!!!
