Since Bing is feeling better and I do not have to really worry about him anymore, I decided to have some time away from the building for a couple of hours. I decided to have lunch with some friends from IDS at the bowling alley downtown. After lunch I was dropped off back home where Bing and I cuddle for the remainder of the afternoon and evening, and went to bed early -- had awakened at 8:30 a.m. fairly awake but kind of wobbly, lol. The medicine I am taking for my depression and anxiety has been upped from 20 mg to 40 mg. It was a fine Thursday.

The whole world was spinning every ten minutes for two weeks! I still can't get over how cute those pictures are of the cat.
