This is what I had to contend with as far as the neighbor is concerned last night moving a table chair.  They find out where I am in my apartment and go to that room to make noise on purpose.  Management has talked to this neighbor several times now and the noise escalates each time the neighbor is being talked to.  This is how mad my once friend/now only neighbor is at me!  I am constantly crying and on edge.  Why can't she grow up and realize that she is jeopardizing her living here?  She is almost 60 for goodness sakes!  Her boyfriend is still staying overnight, too, and isn't supposed to anymore.  How can someone be so stupid?
