Today is going to be a busy day.  I have my shower at 8:30 AM, then I will get dressed for the day, go grocery shopping, and food preparation.  I go grocery shopping every Monday otherwise but this week I was not physically able due to not sleeping well the night before and I was slower than molasses Monday morning and early afternoon, and tired!  My worker MJ had an appointment at the noon hour so we rescheduled.
