I actually feel asleep by 10 pm last night. I slept through the night, and waking up a few minutes after 6 AM looking at my window and seeing the gray of day beginning. At first glance at the time on my phone and iPad, I had thought it was 5 pm Tuesday evening and I took had taken a nap, but my tv was off, lol. When I realized that it is for sure Wednesday morning, I felt fully rested and relaxed for the first time in a very long time.
Now if I am wrong about the time, I am not going to worry or stress about it. I NOW KNOW what I NEED to do to get the sleep I need at night and to last the entire night. The plan and idea of getting the need of sleep NEEDS to be implemented in my daily and nightly schedule EVERYDAY of the week and weeks ahead to get more than four hours of sleep.

Yes, it is. Slept last night, but kept having strange dreams that didn’t make sense to me and waking me up looking at the time. It was Unavoidable last night.
