.i want to scream right now because i am so frustrated with Jackie right now. Ugh!!! I’m getting o the point of letting her go at this point. She goes out of town Saturday and was not planning c to return until Wednesday!!! That is unacceptable because she KNOWS that Deb has to babysit her niece’s children on Tuesdays after school and I need to have help to get in and out of my apartment because I have dialysis on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays in the afternoon!! Anyway, I feel and observe that she doesn’t want to be around. Things need to be addressed to her but she rarely listens to me—I feel it is that way right now and it has been a while that she seems to be acting like she doesn’t want to work for me.

Wouldn’t you think the company she works for would find a replacment for her when she needs personal time off i don’t know how it all works but just think they would be able to call in a replacment instead of leaving you hanging without help
The IRIS program https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/iris/index.htm is what it is and I am the sole person who has to find her workers and with today’s generations, the young people want to get cash but don’t want to work because work isn’t play anymore. I’d u am in any other program that determines you are fit or not fit to live alone, I will NOT go back to a budding home because I was in one where there was only one nurse working with 20* residents on the weekends and my call light was pulled out of the wall for 3 hours and no one came to fix it until 3 hours later! Nursing homes suck!
Oh ok i understand your frustration i did not realize you were responsible for finding you own workers that would make things harder as you need help with basic living hope you cn get it all straightened out
