Dark Shadows

I have been watching Dark Shadows ever since I have been home from my procedure. I had to have my catheter replaced after one month after my 9th catheter replaced at the beginning of December because I ended up with a blood infection (my second one). I was not 100% thrilled because I ended up in the hospital for eight days at Mercy Hospital at that time, too. I will no longer be going to Mercy Hospital anymore. We are done with that place.

 Azura & Yet Another Catheter Replacement!!

As far as Mercy Hospital is concerned, Jackie does NOT want me to get my catheter replaced there anymore, so Fresenius called Azura to let them know I needed a catheter replacement done. elsewhere. Well, their catheter is better looking and Mercy Hospital apparently screwed up with my 9th catheter because it did not work from the start apparently, and that did not make my caregivers Jackie and Debbie very pleased. I was not pleased myself to be very honest with you. Ugh!

Mercy Hospital Has Lost My Trust!

Hospital has lost my trust with them when I was hospitalized in 2022. Jackie has lost trust with Mercy Hospital when she lost her husband to cancer and they told her and her husband to go home and let him die because they couldn’t do anything more for him! Ummm, that’s not nice or professional! It’s sad to be very honest with you! Disgusting and unprofessional!

After Getting Home

Getting home and in bed, I turned on my tv to find something interesting to watch. I chose to watch Dark Shadows tonight. Instead of the show that was on in the late 60s and early 70s, I watched the 12 shows of the newer version of the show. I will need to watch 7 through 12 of season 1 again, though. Apparently cast members of the show in the movie Dark Shadows starring Johnny Depp as  were at the Collinswood party! Helena Bonham Carter portrayed Dr. Hoffman in the movie version of Dark Shadows. Hmmm, I have time this morning before Jackie gets here at 10:15 AM. Deb is visiting family out of town today. She left yesterday afternoon after 3 pm.
